Custom Book Lover’s Mug – Made to Order

This listing is for a made-to-order, completely functional, custom ceramic mug. Each piece will be personally adorned with your favorite book titles, making it a meaningful, one-of-a-kind creation for you or a fellow book lover.

The mug will feature hand-sculpted 3D books with handwritten titles, along with charming details like a mug, incense burner, plants, and perhaps a folded blanket or pillow to enhance the cozy, bookish atmosphere.

May customize up to 20-25 book titles of your choice. Please note that longer titles may be difficult—or in some cases, impossible—to fit on the stein. I’ll do my best to accommodate them. Each stein holds approximately 16–18 oz, and will be glazed in a unique blend of both muted jewel & earth tones.

A One-of-a-Kind Piece

Each mug is wheel-thrown, carved, sculpted, and detailed entirely by hand, ensuring that no two are ever exactly alike. While your stein will resemble the examples shown, it will be uniquely yours.

As a collector’s touch, every mug will be numbered and dated in the order it was created.

After Your Order Is Placed

Please email Jodie at mudslingingpottery@gmail.com with your list of book titles. To keep your order on schedule, titles must be submitted within one week of placing your order.

Timeline & Customization Instructions

Production time: 8–10 weeks from the order date, or sooner if possible.

I recommend sending a few extra titles beyond 25, in case some cannot be used due to space limitations.
