Do I do custom orders?

I do not do custom orders at this time. Pottery can be very high maintenance. There is a lot that can go wrong at any of the many stages of the ceramic process. I have lost a lot of sleep, and gained a few grey hairs trying to produce custom work for customers. It's a promise that I have made to myself. So for now, no, but maybe in the future.

 

Can you reserve a piece?

Unfortunately no. I used to do little side hustles all the time during my restocks, It makes life so much easier for me to just keep it all fair and have everyone purchase from the website when items are available.

 

Product care:

All of my pottery is made with food safe glazes. Although it is safe to go into both the dishwasher, and microwave it is always best to hand wash handmade ware to help ensure it's longevity. Definitely don't drop it. 😁

 

Do I ship Internationally?

Yes, however we are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

 

 

Do I accept returns? 

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics I am unable to accept returns. I can only guarantee the safe method of packaging that I use for shipping out pieces. If a piece comes to you broken please photograph the package, and broken pieces so that I can file a claim through the post office. Once a claim is filed we can discuss a refund or another solution so that everyone is happy.

 

When will my order ship? 

Your item will be shipped between 5-7 days after your order is placed. It's normally sooner than that. 

 

What happens if I buy multiple items:

For multiple purchases I will do my best to package them together, however it may not always be possible because of size, shape and weight of the pieces. All shipping overages will be refunded through Shopify.

 

What happens if I don't receive my package:

Once your package is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once this happens it is no longer in my hands. I would suggest contacting the Post office about possible delays. 

 

What if I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! There is a "pick up" option at checkout. Send me a note or email and we can schedule a day and time.
